What we collect, and why

Contact details — name, company, email and any project information you send via our forms. Used to reply to you and scope the work.
Project files & content — copy, audio, video and briefs you share with us. Used solely to deliver the work agreed and stored only for as long as the engagement requires.
Usage data — pages visited, device type, approximate location derived from IP. Used to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

Legal basis

Contract — to provide the services you engage us for.
Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, keep the site secure and improve what we do.
Consent — for non-essential cookies and any marketing communications you opt into.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors — hosting and email providers, project management and translation tooling, and our vetted linguist roster under written NDAs. Each is bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
