Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors — hosting and email providers, project management and translation tooling, and our vetted linguist roster under written NDAs. Each is bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
Data is stored within the UK and EU wherever possible. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EU, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, plus any retention period required by law.
